Registration Checklist

Step 1. Submit online Registration form (one form per student)

Step 2. Submit registration fee online: $175 per student before August 1. ($225 after)

Step 3. Schedule an appointment for the student and parent interview and placement testing by emailing registrar@pcschoolinfo.org

Step 4. Download, print and complete the following forms and bring to student and parent interview:

a. Philosophy and Policy (one form per family, parent and all students must initial) - (Download)

b. Waiver of Liability (one form per family) - (Download)

c. Medical Information (one form per family) – (Download)
d. Payment Selection Form (one form per family) – (Download)

Step 5. Purchase the PAideia Classical School Uniform (required of all students, see website for instructions)

Step 6. Register online for the Parent Conference. Register

Step 7. Download booklist for the grade level of each child. Begin securing books. Call helps desk with question.

Note: Registration is not complete and student is not formally enrolled until all forms are completed and registration fees are paid.
